What the service includes
We come to your home
Our team travels to you across Selangor and the Klang Valley, 7 days a week including evenings. No need to leave — we handle everything on-site.
Unhurried, private time
We never rush. You have as much time as you need to say goodbye before we gently take over. We follow your lead, always.
Dignified collection
Your pet is wrapped with care in a soft, lined carrier and transported with the same respect we would give any family member.
Private cremation & ash return
Following collection, your pet receives an individual private cremation. Their ashes are returned to you within 5–7 business days.
Optional memorial keepsakes
We can arrange a paw print impression, memorial urn, or keepsake jewellery — chosen together at a pace that feels right for you.
Ongoing support
Our team remains available after the farewell — by phone, WhatsApp, or email — for as long as you need someone to talk to.
